ID REQUIREMENT

You wouldn't let a stranger rent your home without documenting their identity and neither would we. We utilize the same Trust & Safety Standards that hotels require for guest check in:


  • Identity Verification


As we offer the convenience of self check-in, we require images of the booking guest’s ID to be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Guest name, ID, and credit card details are required to match.


Image Requirements


  • ID (driver’s license/ military/ passport)- Front & Back
  • Selfie


Upon booking a link will be processed requesting ID including the rental agreement.


CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED PRIOR TO SUBMISSION & REVIEW.
